What does Trader unlock?
Automation that keeps working with your laptop closed. Manual live trading is free — non-custodial, your wallet, an exchange-enforced agent key that can never withdraw, with a 0.02% builder fee shown in the ticket before every trade. Paid plans put the servers to work for you: mechanical traders trading live 24/7, signals and alerts watched server-side around the clock, and arming and controlling it all from the API, CLI and MCP.
Why is there still a 0.02% fee on top of the subscription?
The subscription buys the cockpit and the always-on automation; the builder fee pays the execution rail. It is a Hyperliquid mechanism you approve with your own wallet signature — capped on-chain at 0.02%, visible in the order ticket, roughly $2 on a $10,000 fill. Most trading apps on Hyperliquid charge 1–10 bps; vyx sits at the low end.
What are AI credits and when do they launch?
AI traders and analysts do metered work — every decision burns real model tokens. Autopilot and Quant include a monthly credit allowance when credits launch; until then AI usage on those plans is simply included. Building signals with Composer AI stays free forever and never uses credits.
I was using vyx before the paid plans — what happens to my account?
Beta accounts were promised everything free during beta, and we keep that promise: every account created before the plans launched has been upgraded to Autopilot at no charge — your live trading, server-side signals and AI traders keep running exactly as they were. Only new accounts meet the new ladder.
Is vyx custodial? Can it touch my funds?
No. Trading uses a Hyperliquid agent key that can place and close orders but can never withdraw — that restriction is enforced by the exchange itself, and you can revoke it at any time. The builder fee is likewise venue-enforced and capped by your own signature.
